Have you noticed that populations of insects aren’t what they once were? Not just bees and fireflies, but nearly every group of insects is seeing their numbers decline. The good news is that we can help restore these indispensable creatures to their rightful place in the web of life. Contribute to our eco-mural and leave with a bag of native wildflower seeds and instructions for care and planting.

Geologists recently announced the discovery of an enormous impact crater in northern Greenland, peeking out from under the ice. It’s one of millions of craters on earth, on the moon, and throughout the solar system. In this workshop, make craters out of different materials and learn to read the history written in impacts.
