Family Art Workshop: Light Your Way (Paint Your Own Diya)

The name “Diwali” comes from the word “deepavali,” meaning “row of lights.” During the festival, families fill their homes with diyas, small clay lamps that celebrate the triumph of light over darkness. Decorate your own diya with bright colors, sparkles, and gems.
