Songs of Wings and Wonder: Performance and Songwriting Workshop

Hudson Valley musician and educator Jim Keyes leads an interactive, family-friendly program combining live musical performance and collaborative songwriting inspired by Exquisite Creatures. Listen, sing along, and create songs inspired by Christopher Marley’s work as you explore the colors, patterns, and wonders of the natural world through music and storytelling.

Jim Keyes is a multi-instrumentalist, performer, songwriter, and composer whose work uses music and storytelling to connect audiences with the natural world. He is the musical director for storyteller Jonathan Kruk’s one-man shows, Irving’s Legend and Dickens’s Christmas Carol. His music has appeared on network and cable television, and he has composed music for Historic Hudson Valley’s Winter Wonderlights and The Great Jack O’Lantern Blaze experiences.
