Join us for a virtual roundtable with four local and regional community leaders who will discuss the ways in which their work is driven by the migrant experience. Panelists include: Esmeralda Hoscoy, Regional Director, Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York; Professor Vanessa Merton, Faculty Supervisor, Immigration Justice Clinic of the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University; Dr. Edwin M. Quezada, Superintendent of the Yonkers Public Schools; and HRM Teaching Artist-in-Residence Erika Harrsch. They will shed light on the current state of immigration in our area, and how they work with the migrant population. HRM Director and CEO Masha Turchinsky will moderate.

This program, offered in English and Spanish with simultaneous interpretation, is in conjunction with Border Cantos | Sonic Border: Richard Misrach | Guillermo Galindo, which is on view at the HRM through May 9, 2021.
