Hudson River Museum Announces Re-Election of Six Trustees to Board of Trustees

YONKERS, NY, July 8, 2026—The Hudson River Museum is proud to announce the unanimous re-election of six distinguished members of its Board of Trustees to new three-year terms as voted on at the June 11, 2026 Annual Meeting. The trustees re-elected for the 2026–2029 term are Bruce Bernacchia, David Brent, Yolanda F. Johnson, William Mascetta, Conrad Meyer, and Christina O’Neill.

Their continued service reflects the Board’s confidence in their leadership, expertise, and steadfast commitment to advancing the Museum’s mission to engage, inspire, and connect diverse communities through the arts, sciences, and history. The new terms began July 1, 2026.

“These trustees bring exceptional professional expertise, thoughtful governance, and a deep commitment to the Hudson River Museum and the communities we serve,” states Tom D’Auria, Chairman of the Board of Trustees. “On behalf of the Board, I am grateful for their continued leadership and dedicated service. Together, these six trustees represent a broad range of expertise across finance, philanthropy, business, construction, transportation, and nonprofit leadership. Their collective experience strengthens the Hudson River Museum’s governance and supports its continued growth as a leading cultural institution serving Westchester County, the Hudson Valley, and beyond.

Bruce Bernacchia
A member of the Finance Committee, Bruce Bernacchia is Managing Director of Liberty Lines and President of Fort Pond Bay Company. A longtime supporter of the Museum, he has served on the Board since 2011. The Bernacchia family has been an integral part of Westchester County for generations, operating Liberty Lines, one of New York State’s largest privately owned transportation companies, and renowned hospitality destinations including Harvest on Hudson and Half Moon. His deep roots in the region and commitment to civic life have made him a valued leader and advocate for the HRM.

David Brent
Serving on the Development Committee, David Brent is Global Head of Data & Analytics Sales at Cboe Global Markets. Throughout his distinguished career in financial services, he has held senior leadership positions at J.P. Morgan, Bank of America, and Barclays Capital. Brent’s expertise in strategy, innovation, and relationship-building has strengthened the Museum’s fundraising and advancement efforts while helping to expand its network of supporters. He holds a B.S. in Decision Information Technologies and a B.S. in International Business from University of Maryland, College Park, as well as a certificate from New York University where he concentrated on Strategy and Leadership. David and his family reside in Tarrytown.

Yolanda F. Johnson
A member of the Development Committee, Yolanda F. Johnson is a nationally recognized leader in philanthropy, fundraising, and inclusive philanthropy. Founder and CEO of YFJ Consulting and founder of Women of Color in Fundraising and Philanthropy, she is widely respected for helping nonprofit organizations build sustainable fundraising strategies and strengthen board engagement. A recipient of the Changemaker Award from the Institute of Nonprofit Practice and a founding member of the Women’s Philanthropy Alliance, Johnson is an accomplished speaker, advisor, and performing vocal artist. Yolanda is a Westchester resident and brings invaluable expertise in philanthropy, communications, and community engagement to the Museum.

William Mascetta
William Mascetta serves on the Executive, Finance, and Nominating Committees. With nearly five decades of experience, he is an expert in heavy civil construction and infrastructure development, as well as a small independent business owner. A lifelong Yonkers resident and advocate for workforce development and technical education, Mascetta also serves as Chairman of the Yonkers Improvement Board and the Yonkers Career & Technical Advisory Board, and he has held numerous leadership positions across the construction and civic sectors. Mascetta is a graduate of the Yonkers public schools and President of the Saunders Trade and Technical High School Alumni Association and a former Adjunt Professor at Iona College. His strategic perspective and commitment to community development continue to benefit the Museum.

H. Conrad Meyer
As Vice Chair of the Board and a member of the Executive, Program, and Nominating Committees, Conrad Meyer brings extensive experience in finance, governance, and nonprofit leadership. During a distinguished 25-year career on Wall Street, he held senior positions at Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley, and Gleacher Partners. Today, he serves in leadership roles with several major nonprofit organizations, including CARE USA, Pure Earth, and the American Red Cross. A former Hudson River Museum docent, Meyer, a resident of Tuckahoe, combines strategic insight with a longstanding passion for the Museum’s educational and cultural mission. Conrad is a graduate of Trinity College, with a year as a General Course student at the London School of Economics, and holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Christina O’Neill
A member of the Executive and Development Committees, Christina O’Neill is an Executive Director and Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where she advises nonprofit organizations, foundations, and families on comprehensive wealth management strategies. With more than 25 years of industry experience, she brings significant expertise in philanthropy, finance, and nonprofit stewardship. A lifelong Hudson Valley resident, O’Neill has been an active trustee since 2020 and has played a key role in advancing the Museum’s strategic priorities and philanthropic growth.

The Hudson River Museum is a preeminent, award-winning cultural institution in Westchester County and the New York metropolitan area. Situated on the banks of the Hudson River in Yonkers, New York, the Museum has a mission to engage, inspire, and connect diverse communities through the power of the arts, sciences, and history.

Museum Hours: The Hudson River Museum is open to the public Wednesday–Friday, from 12–5pm, and Saturday–Sunday, from 11am–5pm. On Free First Fridays, the Museum is open and free of charge on the first Friday of the month, from 5–8pm. The Museum is accessible by Metro-North (Hudson Line—Yonkers and Glenview stations), by Bee-Line Bus Route #1, by car, and by bike.
