Hudson River Museum Wins 2023 Best of Westchester Award

YONKERS, NY, July 7, 2023—For the sixth consecutive year, the Hudson River Museum is proud to announce that we have won a Best of Westchester 2023 award: Best Place For a Date Night (Not a Restaurant). Best of Westchester is Westchester Magazine’s annual survey of the best that Westchester has to offer, from food and drink, beauty and shopping, to fun and leisure.

“It’s an honor to once again be named a Best of Westchester winner,” stated Director and CEO Masha Turchinsky. “Being recognized as the Best Place for a Date Night demonstrates the HRM’s commitment to being a special place for connecting, having fun, and learning something new together. Who could ask for a better date night? We hope to see many new and familiar faces this summer at our Feel Good Fridays and Summer Amphitheater Series!”

At Feel Good Fridays, enjoy free general admission every Friday evening, 5–7pm, from July 7 through August 25. Grab a glass of wine or craft beer at the cash bar, experience the exhibitions currently on view with your special someone, including Kengo Kito: Unity on the Hudson and Sylvia Sleigh: Invitation to a Voyage in our new West Wing, and enjoy the outdoor courtyard with games for all ages. Plus, catch an out-of-this-world planetarium show at 6pm (ticketed).

Plus, our Summer Amphitheater Series offers free performances Fridays & Saturdays at 8pm, July 7–August 12.
