Look closely at works on view in Art and Identity, and share what you see and what you don’t. Join HRM’s Kress Foundation Interpretive Fellow, Christian Stegall, in a conversation about loss and trauma, sparked by a close examination of the young men depicted in Kerry James Marshall’s Lost Boys: AKA BB, 1993, on loan from Art Bridges, and Isidore Konti’s Consolation, 1914–18, collection of the Hudson River Museum.

Not your typical talk or tour, participants are invited to join our family as we talk, listen, discuss, and meet new people in an inviting setting. Over the course of the year, Stegall will lead an initiative to diversify and enhance the Museum’s collection, connecting the Museum to the community through outreach and programs.

Support provided by Art Bridges.
