Exhibit Songwriting

Teaching Artist-in-Residence Jim Keyes will lead participants on a walk through Maya Lin: A River Is a Drawing, culminating in a workshop of songwriting inspired by the variety of works on view. Techniques explored will include song structures (verse, chorus, and bridge), rhyme schemes (end rhymes, internal rhymes, etc.), and rhythms.
