Free First Fridays: Over the Moon
On April 8, a total solar eclipse will cross our region, with the moon passing between the Sun and Earth and blocking the face of the sun. This once-in-a-lifetime occurrence can be a time for reflection, intention, and change. Do you want to find out what the future holds? Have some fun with an evening of planetarium shows, tarot card readings, Ars Poetica typewriter poets, and DJ Lulu Lewis spinning out-of-this-world music. Enjoy our current exhibitions, as well as a bilingual space-related art workshop with Carolina Amarillo. Pose for a photo op in front of a solar eclipse—no special glasses required!—and take a picture you’ll treasure forever! Cash bar.
This event is part of #HRMEclipse.
