Escape the heat this summer and catch a special 3:30pm planetarium show every Thursday. Advance ticket purchase is encouraged.

 

In July, enjoy The Victorian’s Guide to the Galaxy, which explores what 19th-century scientists understood about their universe and developments in the field of astronomy at the time, and We Are Stars, starring the Time Master, narrated by Andy Serkis (Gollum in The Lord of the Rings), on a 13.8-billion year adventure through time and space.

In August, see We Are Astronomers and discover how astronomers share knowledge and answer our questions about the universe. Narrated by David Tennant, the “Tenth Doctor” in the British sci-fi series Doctor Who. Or watch Tycho Goes to Mars, the story of a dog with a knack for getting into trouble, on his latest adventure as he discovers Mars up-close. Finding his way back home is not going to be easy. But if anyone can do it, Tycho can.
